It answers from your store — and it says when it can’t.

An example of two answers. A shopper asks which candle suits a small room; the agent names the product, its price and its stock from the merchant’s own catalogue, and the reply carries a receipt showing its sources, cost and a check that found no unmatched figures or dates. This check does not establish that every claim is correct. A second shopper asks for a refund on a final-sale item; no policy on file covers it, so the agent refuses to guess and hands the conversation to a person.
